By accessing or using the Predage website, the PredCord and Predage Community Discord servers, or any related service ("Predage", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services or for legal reasons. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted on this page. Continuing to use Predage's services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
Some features, such as submitting a staff application, appealing a ban, or accessing the dashboard, require you to sign in with your Discord account. By signing in, you confirm that the Discord account belongs to you and that you meet Discord's own minimum age requirement.
When using Predage's website and Discord servers, you agree to:
Bans, warnings, and other moderation actions taken on PredCord or Predage Community are at the discretion of the staff team. Submitting a ban appeal does not guarantee that a punishment will be reversed.
Your use of Predage's services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect and how it is used.
Providing an email address when opening a ticket is optional and is not required to use our services. If you choose to provide one, you confirm that it is an address you own or have the right to access, and that you will not enter an address belonging to someone else. See our Privacy Policy for how it is handled, including its automatic deletion after 7 days.
Predage's website and dashboard are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep everything running smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to our services.
Predage and its staff shall not be held liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our website, dashboard, or Discord servers.
Predage merchandise is sold by [SELLER NAME], [ADDRESS], VAT number [VAT NUMBER], email porceddduuu@gmail.com. Product descriptions, sizes and prices are shown on the Merch page. Prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. Your order is accepted when the payment is confirmed, and you receive a confirmation by email.
Payments are processed by Stripe on its secure checkout page. We never receive or store your full card details. Stripe's own terms apply to the processing of the payment. If a payment fails or is reversed, the order is not shipped.
We ship to [SHIPPING COUNTRIES]. Orders are usually delivered within [DELIVERY TIME] business days after the payment is confirmed. Delivery times are estimates and may change during busy periods. For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are paid by the buyer. If your order arrives damaged or is not delivered, contact us at porceddduuu@gmail.com.

The videos on the Videos page are reserved for authorised users and are protected by copyright. Recording the screen, taking screenshots, downloading, live-streaming or sharing your screen while watching the videos is not allowed, and neither is publishing them or passing them on to others in any form. Anyone who does so immediately loses access and may face legal action for infringing our rights.
